Cubs
Who are Cubs?
Cubs are young people aged 8 to 10½ who:
- Master new skills and try new things
- Have fun and go on adventures
- Make friends
- Are curious about the world around them
- Help others and make a difference, in their own communities and beyond
What do Cubs get up to?
At Cubs we run a massive range of activities for our 8 to 10 year olds. We have become so popular that we now run Cubs on both a Monday and a Tuesday night. Both nights offer the same range of activities. Monday Cubs runs from 6.15pm to 7.45pm while Tuesday Cubs normally meet at 6.00pm until 7.30pm.
We allow the children to grow through a range of adventurous activities and also experience their first opportunity to camp without Mum and Dad. Past activities have included Raft Building on Exeter Canal, fossil hunting in Lyme Regis, visiting the Fire Engines at Middlemoor, (Including the using the hoses!), spending a week in Wales trying White Water Rafting and many other activites.
